Huge Weekend For Live Music in Greenville and Upstate South Carolina

Given the events of 2020, it’s so good to see live music returning to Upstate venues. With over 100 shows happening across Greenville Upstate South Carolina this week, it can be a bit daunting to narrow down the ones that you’d like to catch. Here are a few that caught our eye this week:

Thursday: West End String Band at Quest Brewing Company

Craft Beer and Bluegrass, count me in. Playing a mix of Bluegrass/Acoustic/Roots Music, the West End String Band is a local favorite and their shows are always a hit. Learn more at https://westendstringband.com/

Friday: Shovels and Rope at Peace Center TD Stage

Probably the biggest name on the weekend music card belongs to Shovels and Rope. This concert is part of a series of great live music events being hosted at the Peace Center’s TD Stage and promises to be another great night of live music in downtown Greenville.

Second Sunday Summer Series at The Spinning Jenny

The Spinning Jenny has a new patio for this Second Sunday Summer Series hosted by Vilai Harrington. The Spinning Jenny’s tagline is: ADVOCATING FOR ART & CULTURE in Greer, SC and this series is a great example to their commitment to local artist and the Upstate Music Scene.

It’s free to attend , so plan to hang out together outside while enjoying food trucks, drinks, and music.
