UNC’s Chazz Surratt transitioned from quarterback to linebacker in 2019, and it worked out so well for the Tar Heels that he was voted first-team All-ACC and was runner-up for ACC Defensive Player of the Year. Surratt led the team and ranked second in the ACC with 115.0 tackles on the season, and ranked fifth in the league with 15.0 tackles for loss.
