A shooting that involved two victims Monday night has claimed the life of a woman, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.Regina Allen, 32, of Inman, died Tuesday night during surgery at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger said.She died of multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and upper extremities, Clevenger said.Deputies were called Monday at about 10:30 p.m. to Allen’s home
