A heated argument Friday between customers inside a Maryland mall was caught on camera after a woman refused to wear a face mask. Ronald Harper, the man who recorded the video at the H&M store at Arundel Mills Mall, said that before he pressed record, he noticed a woman refusing to put on her mask after a store employee asked her to do so multiple times.
