Snow plows continue to fight the snow from this second intense snowstorm for Little Rock. Some vehicles are venturing out but some are getting stuck. Most of the rescue continues to be left to good Samaritan’s and you can see in aerial video a jeep pull a stuck van out of a snow bank. Other people don’t chance the snowy roads and are resorting to walking to nearby stores for supplies. Water lines are also bursting due to the historic cold. Aerial video shows workers at the scene of a water line rupture. Another water main burst in downtown Little Rock flooded basements. The snow and cold left a pretty scene at a fountain on the state capital grounds. Video ends with various snowy shots around a very deserted downtown Little Rock.
