The owner of an Upstate coffee house was arrested Friday with what was the culmination of days of complaints surrounding his business and his posts on social media.Jeffrey Carroll, 55, of Honea Path, faces one count of unlawful telephone communication and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, according to the Anderson County Detention Center’s website.Documents show Carroll is the owner of Black Cow Coffee
