Greenville, SC (FOX Carolina) – Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal collision that occurred in Greenville County early Wednesday morning.

Troopers reported the crash happened around 5:44 a.m. on Mauldin Road near Chalmers Road.
