UNION COUNTY, SC (FOX Carolina)- The South Carolina Highway Patrol released details of a fatal car accident that occurred early Friday morning in Union County.

The Union County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 28-year-old Shaquervious L. Foster of Chester.

Troopers say that Foster was driving north on South Carolina
