Gov. Henry McMaster said Monday he is expecting doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to arrive in South Carolina by the end of the week.“We are told that it’ll be here Friday or Saturday and that is being done on a per capita basis as I understood it when they were talking about it,” he said. “That means we should get about 300,000 doses.”
