Spartanburg police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex Friday night, according Maj. Art Littlejohn, with the Spartanburg Police department.The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. at the Victoria Gardens complex along Howard Street, Littlejohn said.We asked Rusty Clevenger with the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office if he responded to the scene.According to Clevenger, his office responded to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for a gunshot
