An early morning crash is blocking all lanes on I-85 north in Spartanburg County, according to SCDOT.The crash happened at 3:42 a.m. near mile marker 83. That is about one mile from the exit for Frontage Road.As of 4:45 a.m., the traffic backup continues to grow, according to SCDOT. The line of vehicles stretches for at least one mile. South Carolina Highway Patrol has not
