Tropical Storm Eta was a rare Gulf of Mexico hurricane off the Florida coast this morning but is starting to weaken as it moves towards the Western Florida coast north of Tampa Bay. Tropical Storm Theta remains a fish storm over the Eastern Atlantic. But additional storms are set to form in the Western Caribbean this month, with more potential problems for Central America.
