Well, we’ve had some scattered showers off and on throughout the day, and that will continue through this afternoon and even into the evening time frame before we start to see a clearing overnight tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. This is one of two cold fronts that’s gonna come through the first one, Of course, bringing us the rain today. The second one comes through on Thursday and that’s gonna give us a reinforcing shot of cold air. And that’s gonna lower our temperatures heading into the weekend. Right now on radar, Some scattered showers. Isolated thunderstorms. Couple heavy downpours across the region. Greenville Travelers rest all the way into Hendersonville. Getting a pretty good dousing this morning and early afternoon. The main line, the cold front still out to the west. But it is tracking east, and we’ll continue to make its way across our area. Notice is we go into 677 30 tonight we could see the leading edge of that front beginning to move out of here so most of the rain after seven o’clock should be east of I 77. And then a couple of hours after that we start to see these clouds dissipate and clear out of here. And then a few hours after that, as we get into early tomorrow morning, we’re gonna have very brisk conditions. Instead of temperatures starting out in the mid sixties across the area, we’re going to start out in the low in mid fifties, so it’s gonna feel very full, like tomorrow, tomorrow afternoon, lots of sunshine, a little bit cooler. And then Thursday we have another front that’s gonna come through. This one’s not expected to produce any rainfall, as you can see, at least not much. But it will bring about some cold air and dry conditions that’s gonna kick off a fall like stretch of weather that goes right on through next week, By the way. So in terms of rainfall potential from right around noon today, all the way until early tomorrow morning, we’ve got about another 10th to half inch of rain in addition to what’s already fallen. So not a lot of rain left, but still you could get underneath a heavy downpour or an isolated thunderstorm Before it’s all said and done, we’ll clear out throughout the day tomorrow and then, as we go into Thursday Friday Saturday. Look at this. It dry stretch of weather Overnight lows drop into the forties across the upstate daytime highs. I think most of those days will be in the upper sixties for most of us in the mountains. By Saturday morning, you could have maybe the first frost of the season, particularly in higher elevations. That typically comes about mid October, but we could have it a little early this year this weekend.
