A person riding a bicycle Monday night was fatally struck by a car in Spartanburg County, according to Trooper Joe Hovis with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.The accident happened at 8:05 p.m. on New Cut Road three miles east of Inman, Hovis said.According to Hovis, the bicyclist was traveling east in the westbound lane on New Cut Road when they were stuck by the car.The
