For the second year in a row, Spartanburg County is hosting a national softball tournament. This time, the event is happening in the middle of a global pandemic. The USA Softball Junior Olympic Cup draws hundreds to the area and creates an economic impact of over $1 million, according to Kristen Guilfoos, marketing manager of the Spartanburg County Parks Department. “This is a really big
