An overturned tractor trailer has shut down a portion of I-85 in Anderson County Monday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.The accident happened around 10:37 p.m. in the northbound lane near mile marker 13, troopers said.According to troopers, all lanes northbound and southbound are currently closed and detours are in place.
