‘Opa To Go!’ Annual Greenville Greek Food Festival updates drive-thru location

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) A beloved Upstate food festival is adjusting operations amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The 34th Annual Greenville Greek Food Festival is scheduled to take place August 28-30. Organizers say attendees will be getting their food a little differently this year, as they transition to a to-go model.

Greenville, South Carolina – Time for “Opa To Go!” The community of St. George will celebrate the 34th Annual Greenville Greek Food Festival Friday, Saturday, Sunday, August 28-29-30, 2020 a little differently this year with “Greek Food To Go”.

Come experience authentic Greek food and pastries being offered through our drive-thru Friday and Saturday, 11am -7pm and Sunday, 11am – 3pm. Choose from three delicious combination plates featuring traditional favorites … Athenian Chicken, Pastichio, or Moussaka as your entrée and everyone’s favorite–Gyros!

Then enjoy homemade Greek pastries featuring baklava, koulourakia, kourambiedes or a combination assortment. You will be treated to the same authentic Greek food as in years past.

Our drive-thru will be located on Elford Street with the entrance from Townes Street. Order from the comfort and safety of your car. Ordering and pick-up will be on-site only. No pre-orders will be accepted.
