Victor Singleton recently joined Maple Brook Terrace Retirement Community in Mauldin as executive chef.

He has run the kitchens of many local restaurants, including Seasons Café and Catering, the Greenville Country Club, Restaurant “O,” Currant Thymes and Holly Tree Country Club, while also teaching future chefs at The Virginia College and The Culinary Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Tech.
