Plans will move forward to build a $28 million development in Spartanburg. This week, City Council unanimously approved the three-phase project for the Northside of town. Council is working on a series of moves to revitalize the community.The renderings show townhome style units. The first phase will include around 140 units of mixed-income housing, meaning part of the homes will be sold at market value.
