The Pickens County Coroner’s Office has identified a man whose body was pulled from the Seneca River arm of Lake Hartwell over the weekend.Coroner Kandy Kelley said Joshua Corey Savage, 28, was from Dorchester and staying in Seneca at the time of the crash.Kelley said investigators used fingerprints to make the positive identification.The man’s body was found around 12:40 p.m. Saturday, about 50 to 60
