A man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of the chief assistant district attorney in Buncombe County, according to Aaron Sarver, with the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office. Brandon Lewis Glenn Neels was taken into custody Thursday night and has been charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II controlled substance and second-degree murder in the death of Rodney
