COLUMBIA, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Leaders planning for the South Carolina State Fair are still deliberating about how they want the fair to be executed in the fall, presuming it still can go on amidst the spread of COVID-19.

We reached out to fair organizers on Thursday and received a
