Police have arrested a suspect in the killing of a mail carrier in Indianapolis.Tony Cushingberry, 21, was apprehended on Tuesday — one day after Angela Summers was shot on her delivery route. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects before Cushingberry’s arrest.Summers, 45, died of a gunshot wound to the chest, WXIN reported. The news outlet reports Summers was shot while delivering mail on the city’s east side Monday.”It’s real hard. This never happened to us before,” Rev. Michael Davis told the station.
