A Western North Carolina county is using its team of librarians to help answer questions about COVID-19 vaccinations.The Transylvania County Library is still functioning as a library but has an added call center to help answer questions as county health officials prepare to administer vaccines to as many people as possible. A county call center on vaccinations was previously operated by county health department officials.
