COWPENS, SC (FOX Carolina) – After being closed for more than 13 hours, troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol say a portion of I-85 is back open following a fiery crash that killed two people.

The fatal collision happened along I-85 northbound near mile marker 88 in Cherokee
