HENDERSONVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) – Henderson Co. Public Schools (HCPS) will transition to the “Return to Learn” Plan B model starting Sept. 21.
HCPS said after Tuesday’s approval by the Henderson County Board of Public Education, the new Plan B model will be a blend of in-person and remote learning
