After Friday, a Hot by Dry Weekend

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be in store again for Friday, mainly in the afternoon. Saturday and Sunday will be hot and muggy, but dry. A high pressure ridge will build in next week, and those pop up afternoon thunderstorms will join us yet again.

Friday Night	A chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. North northwest wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Saturday	A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. East wind 2 to 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Saturday Night	Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 11pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. West wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%. New rainfall amounts less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Sunday	Isolated showers and thunderstorms after 3pm. Sunny, with a high near 92. East northeast wind 2 to 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Sunday Night	Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 7pm. Mostly clear, with a low around 71. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
