Greenville County will declare March Upstate International Month on March 4 at 2 p.m.

The event, which will feature Greenville County Council vice-chair Dan Tripp, will be held at Upstate International’s office at 9 S. Memminger St. in Greenville.

The public is invited to attend the reading of the
