Gov. Henry McMaster issued an executive order Saturday night that activates the South Carolina National Guard and closes schools until the end of the current state of emergency.In the order, the governor says a state of emergency currently exists and ordered emergency measures, due to the coronavirus pandemic.The order also orders DHEC to utilize any emergency powers to address the “public health emergency.”The executive order
