Crews rescued a man Thursday afternoon who fell through a floor and into a well , according to officials. It happened about 1 p.m. on Broad Street. Police said the man was doing maintenance on an older home and fell through the floor into a 20 foot well. They said the man was responsive when he they arrived at the home. Sky 4 video showed
