Epic video! Crazy Blizzard in New York, USA 2020. The core of heaviest snow, on the order of 2-3 feet fell across southern New York state and northern Pennsylvania. A small band in this zone around Binghamton received 40 inches of snow where a narrow snow band remained nearly stationary for hours Wednesday night. Binghamton’s previous 2-day snowfall record was 35.3 inches, set in March 2017. Endicott reported 40.5 inches of snow Thursday morning and nearby locations Vestal and Johnson City also saw up to 37.5 inches of snowfall.
