SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office confirms they are responding to a scene Thursday evening at a local mill.

Rusty Clevenger confirmed to FOX Carolina just before 6 p.m. his office was responding to Clifton Mill along US-29, but did not elaborate what exactly the
