Democratic presidential nominee <a href=”https://www.cnn.com/election/2020/candidate/biden” target=”_blank”>Joe Biden</a> said that if he is elected, he will form a bipartisan commission to recommend changes to the <a href=”https://www.cnn.com/specials/politics/supreme-court-nine” target=”_blank”>Supreme Court</a>.

News of his plan for the commission comes after the candidate has <a href=”https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/30/politics/joe-biden-court-packing/index.html” target=”_blank”>declined in recent weeks</a> to answer whether he
