A factory near Asheville says it’s facing unprecedented demand. The Thermo Fisher Scientific plant produces ultra-low temperature freezers. The company’s vice president of operations Michael Meguiar said it’s the type of freezer that will be needed to store certain coronavirus vaccines.Meguiar said the plant started ramping up during the summer in preparation for the demand. He noted the plant is getting orders from all over
