Three individuals have been arrested for the murder of 22-year-old Kamille D. Anderson that occurred on May 3, 2020, on Alameda Street in Greenville. 

On that day, at approximately 3 p.m., officers responded to the location in reference to gunshots reported by area residents. One complainant advised they could see a male subject on the ground. Officers arrived on scene and located the unresponsive victim, and it was later determined he had succumbed to a gunshot wound. The following subjects have been arrested and charged with this murder:

Jaquan Mikal Burnside – murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and felon in possession of a firearm Khadaphi Zaqui Capone Kanard – murder Dymend Keavionne Burton – accessory after the fact to murder

These arrests are a result of the partnership with the community and law enforcement, and due to the work of the GPD investigators assigned to this case.
