Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they arrested an armed man on Election Day, Tuesday afternoon, near a North Carolina polling site.Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said after Justin Dunn voted at his local precinct, he continued to loiter near the voting site. Officers said Dunn was legally carrying an unconcealed firearm.At 10:34 a.m., police said they received a call for service regarding Dunn possibly intimidating other voters.Dunn was asked to
