ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) – The city of Anderson on Wednesday released new guidelines for the public event to honor Chadwick Boseman on Thursday.

People who wish to attend the event, which will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday outside the Anderson Sports & Entertainment Complex, should follow these guidelines:
