A Hillsborough Florida County man, Cody Jackson, is on the run after a violent attack and kidnapping. Mr. Jackson hit the victim with a board and tied her up bore putting her into a car and driving way to Citrus County before the woman managed to escape. A gas station clerk intervened after seeing the bound woman trying to escape from the car. The store clerk brought the woman into her store and called 911, effectively saving the victim.
