More than 100 of the country’s best bass anglers are in the Upstate this week. They’re vying for the top spot at the All-American Bass Fishing League (BFL) tournament. The three-day competition for weekend anglers — who work other jobs during the week — started Wednesday morning at Lake Hartwell. “What I really look for in a great fishery, it may not be a 30-pound
