One person is dead following a wreck Thursday night in Greenville County, according to Kent Dill with the Greenville Coroner’s Office.The accident happened on Geer Highway near Tugaloo Road in Travelers Rest, Dill said.According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident happened just after 5:30 p.m.It appears a car crashed into a tree. The coroner has not identified the victim.
