While we are all limited during this time of collective sacrifice, we are not limited to a virtual experience. Team Project Host is inviting everyone to participate in a virtual BBQ Cook-Off April 20th – May 1st. Project Host would like to invite restaurants, companies, non-profits, churches and individuals to gather their socially distanced team to show us what you got! Smoke butts, salmon, tofu or whatever you think will let you walk away with the bragging rights.

Virtual BBQ Cook-Off Rules:

1. Tag Project Host, use the hashtag #teamprojecthost and post a 30 second to 2 minute video to Facebook and/or Instagram by Sunday 4/26. Your video should tell us why you love to cook BBQ, it should demonstrate your process, and show one or two tips on how to cook BBQ.
2. Tag Project Host, use the hashtag #teamprojecthost and post 2 photos of your finished product(s) to Facebook and/or Instagram by Sunday 4/26.
3. Project Host will vote and announce the winner Friday, May 1st.

Make our mouths water! Please be creative, practice social distancing and/or wear masks while you BBQ and in your video. Your videos and photos will be shared on all Project Host social media platforms. Project Host would also like to thank our 2020 BBQ sponsors and all of those who donated to our COVID-19 relief fund. We would like to recognize the love we all have for Project Host and bring our community together during this difficult time through this virtual BBQ cook-off.

Through donations from the COVID-19 relief fund, Project Host was able to serve 4,145 to go meals to those in need last month. We will continue to work with other non-profit partners and organizations to ensure that there are meals available to those in need during this time.
