Justin Martin was recently named chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas’ Upstate Council. In this role, he will work closely with ABC Carolinas South Carolina regional director Pamela Freeman and the entire leadership team.

Martin is project manager and estimator for Cely Construction.
