WYFF 4 was by far the top overall station with all demographics – winning every newscast including weekends during the May sweep. Driven by a dominating news performance, market leading virus coverage and breaking severe weather information, viewers overwhelmingly turned to WYFF News 4 for coverage.

May ratings highlights include:
- WYFF 4 was the top overall station in all demographics – 93% ahead of the next closest station in the Adult 25-54 demographic and 96% ahead in the Adult 18-49 demo.
- WYFF News 4 at 6 p.m. continues to be the top overall newscast in the market in all demographics and up 64% in viewing with Adults 25-54 from May 2019.
- Viewers started and ended their day with WYFF News 4. Both the 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts were #1 in the Adult 25-54 demo.
- WYFF 4 was #1 in prime with top NBC shows like Council of Dads, Ellen’s Game of Games and The Voice which featured contestants performing from home during the final episodes of the season.
