Asheville City Schools announced Thursday that it was changing its reopening plans to include virtual learning for the first nine weeks of the new school year.The district said in a statement that it decided to move from Plan B to Plan C after “further consideration and hearing more from staff and families.” This means schools will start on Aug. 17, with at-home remote instruction for
