(CNN) — Some couples will receive their <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/22/politics/stimulus-payments-debit-cards-checks/index.html" target="_blank">stimulus money</a> in two payments, the Internal Revenue Service said this week.
The reason: there is a glitch in the system that divides the payments for married couples where one person has filed an injured spousal claim.
