SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Upstate police chief says a high-speed chase ended in a crash that left two people dead and another person in the hospital Wednesday evening.

FOX Carolina received several tips about the scene along US-29 near Locust Road around 5:15 p.m. Multiple tipsters used
