COLUMBIA, SC (FOX Carolina) – South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster on Wednesday he was disappointed in the State Supreme Court’s decision to reject his plan to make CARES Act funding available to help private school students in the state.
McMaster also reaffirmed his position that schools in the state need
