Cynthia Sylvestre of New York walked down International Blvd. while it was closed to traffic due to a suspicious package being found. Sylvestre had just arrived on a connecting flight from Atlanta when she was told to evacuate the airport. She was walking to try to find her husband who was planning to pick her up near the highway.

People were moved to the parking garage for safety
