Even though the Upstate of South Carolina missed out on accumulating snow, this video show heavy #snow as it falls during the early morning hours across portions of western North Carolina as an upper level low moves through the area. Large flakes began during the early morning hours covering most elevated and grassy surfaces. One individual was already out clearing some of the snow doing a bit of shoveling before dawn.
