An Upstate nonprofit says the COVID-19 outbreak is pushing some families to seek its assistance for the first time.United Way of the Piedmont says the “United For All Relief Fund” started last month is helping answer the calls.The mission is to help those impacted by COVID-19 in Spartanburg, Union, and Cherokee counties.
